My Philosophy

is to create timeless, people focused and emotion-evoking images that will never go out of style. My editing style is natural and romantic. I value connection, color and consistency. I lean towards a documentary style of shooting, staying as behind the scenes as possible while also directing and posing whenever necessary.

I value true to life color – I want your bridesmaid dresses to be the shade you spent hours searching through swatches for. I want the forsythia bush to pop because that yellow is bold in real life and should be equally as bold in photos. I want deep blacks and white whites. No photographer will get every tone correct every time, but you better believe I will spend far too long obsessing over the shade of green the grass was on your wedding day. In my opinion, there is nothing more timeless than what is true. 

At this time, I do only take on weddings, elopements, and couple sessions. Stand alone proposal, engagement and anniversary sessions are available. Please inquire below for more details.

I have photographed over 300 weddings in the past thirteen years. It is the highest privilege to witness these moments and I will never take it for granted. Thank you for trusting me with your forever moments.
